Corrosion and Abrasion Solutions Ltd. (CASL) acquires Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics

EDMONTON, Sept. 16, 2014 /CNW/ - Corrosion and Abrasion Solutions Ltd. (CASL) is pleased to announce that CASL has concluded a definitive agreement to acquire Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics (Inotec) effective September 15, 2014 from McCoy Global Inc.

Terry Freeman, CASL's Board Chair said "We are very pleased to be able to add a great company like Inotec to what we have to offer to our customers. As our first metals solution offering Inotec will give us a unique ability to solve more of the range of corrosion and abrasion problems facing our industry."

Inotec is one of Western Canada's leading corrosion and abrasion solutions businesses focused on metal components.  The business is active in the oil & gas, mining, hydraulics, power generation, forestry and oil sands industries. The Inotec business operates out of a 70,000 square foot facility in Edmonton
