TORONTO, Jan. 18, 2016 /CNW/ - The following matters were voted upon at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") of Corus Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") held in Calgary, Alberta on January 13, 2016. A total of 3,273,828 Class A Participating Shares ("Class A Voting Shares") representing 95.56% of the 3,425,792 issued and outstanding Class A Voting Shares were represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting. Each of the matters set out below is described in greater detail in the Company's Notice and Management Information Circular for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders dated December 11, 2015 and mailed to the Company's Shareholders prior to the Meeting:
