COVID-19 - Class action authorized against 118 public CHSLDs : press conference from class representative and attorney

MONTRÉAL, Jan. 23, 2024 /CNW/ - Following the judgment by the Honorable Donald Bission, j.c.s., authorizing a class action against 118 public CHSLDs that had a major COVID-19 outbreak during one of the first two waves of the pandemic that hit Quebec in 2020 and 2021, the class representative, Mr. Jean-Pierre Daubois, will react this morning.  His attorney, Mtre Patrick Martin-Ménard, will outline the next steps of the class action.
