CP24 Launches Innovative New Show ON THE ROCKET hosted by TTC Chair Adam

TORONTO , Nov. 2 /CNW/ - CP24 is now riding the rails with its newest talk show ON THE ROCKET. With its newest one-hour program, CP24 is the first station in Toronto to broadcast live from a working streetcar. Hosted by Toronto City Councillor and Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Chair Adam Giambrone , ON THE ROCKET premieres Thursday, November 5 at 8 p.m. ET on CP24.

Every month real TTC riders join Giambrone live on a moving streetcar to talk transit: everything from daily transit operations to transit improvements and plans for the future. In addition, Giambrone takes calls from members of the public with questions or concerns. The street car route varies with viewers invited to hop on and off for a free ride ON THE ROCKET.
