Craig Wireless Announces Resignation of Directors

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA, April 22, 2015 /CNW/ - Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless" or the "Company") (TSX-V: CWG) announces that Michael F. Dubois and David Coriat have resigned their positions as Directors of the Board effective April 22, 2015. The Company extends its sincere thanks to Michael and David for their dedicated efforts on behalf of Craig Wireless. The Company will commence efforts to fill the vacancies left on the Board as a result of today's resignations.

As disclosed in Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations for the three months ended November 30, 2014, dated January 29, 2015, the Board continues to pursue opportunities to realize the accretive value of the Company's network deployments by considering the potential for sales, mergers, partnerships, joint ventures or other business arrangements that meet the strategic goals of Craig Wireless to maximum spectrum and business value.
