Craig Wireless listing transferred to the NEX

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA, Jan. 9 2016 /CNW/ - Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. (the "Company") (NEX: CWG.H) announces that effective January 8, 2016, the Company's listing will transfer to the NEX as a result of the length of the Company's suspension on the TSX Venture Exchange, the termination of transfer agent services and a Cease Trade Order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on January 5, 2016 for failure to make its annual filings for the year ended August 31, 2015.

The NEX is a separate board of the TSX Venture Exchange for companies previously listed on TSX Venture Exchange or Toronto Stock Exchange which have failed to maintain compliance with ongoing listing requirements of those markets.
