TORONTO, July 24, 2017 /CNW/ - The hits keep streaming on CraveTV in August with a new batch of programming from SHOWTIME, beginning August 4 as all seven seasons of SHOWTIME's racy comedy series CALIFORNICATION land on Canada's streaming service. On August 20, Andrew Dice Clay returns for Season 2 of DICE, joining previously announced new seasons of RAY DONOVAN and EPISODES, which begin streaming August 6 and August 20, respectively.
Rounding out new SHOWTIME content for the month is the highly anticipated new documentary about legendary singer Whitney Houston, WHITNEY. "CAN I BE ME", which begins streaming August 25.
Meanwhile, David Lynch and Mark Frost's TWIN PEAKS, which drove the biggest single-day spike in CraveTV subscriptions in 2017 and is the most-streamed launch of a SHOWTIME series in CraveTV history, continues throughout August. Beginning Sunday, August 6 with Part 13, the series moves into a new timeslot, with new parts streaming at 8 p.m. ET, day-and-date with SHOWTIME in the US.
As well, executive producer Jim Carrey's one-hour drama series I'M DYING UP HERE ends its current season run, Sunday, August 13 at 10 p.m. ET.

Starring Andrew Dice Clay, Season 2 of the half-hour semi-autobiographical comedy digs deeper into Clay's unconventional world, as he struggles to restart his career and deals with the effects of his outrageous brand of fame, all while living in the Vegas suburbs with his girlfriend Carmen (Natasha Leggero). DICE is created by Scot Armstrong (Old School, The Hangover Part II) and also stars Kevin Corrigan (COMMUNITY). "CAN I BE ME" is an intimate portrait of legendary six-time Grammy® winner Whitney Houston, featuring never-before-seen behind-the-scenes footage, candid interviews, and gripping performance clips. Directed by Nick Broomfield (Kurt & Courtney), the documentary explores Houston's legendary career, and the impact her life and death had on the people around her and the world of music.
