CRC Royalty Corporation extends proxy submission deadline for upcoming special meeting

CALGARY, Aug. 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Mr. Charles V. Selby, President of CRC Royalty Corporation and chairman of the special meeting of shareholders to be held in Vancouver on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 (the "Meeting"), announces that, in order to allow all shareholders sufficient time to consider the Meeting materials and vote their shares, the proxy delivery deadline has been extended to the time of the Meeting, 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on Wednesday, August 27, 2014.
