Creative Co-Op announce recall of ceiling lamp

MEMPHIS , TN, Dec. 23 /CNW/ - Creative Co-Op, Inc. of Memphis , TN, is voluntarily recalling ceiling lamp model DE2207 in Canada .

Creative Co-Op has been notified the ceiling lamp model in question has been labeled with an unauthorized UL label for Canada (UL label No. E236833) and has not been evaluated for safety by Underwriters Laboratories and the ESA. There have been zero injuries and/or damages reported.

DE2207 is a 36 inch high white metal chandelier with crystal beads attached and was manufactured in China .

Creative Co-Op sold approximately 84 DE2207 ceiling lamps throughout Canada from August 2008 through the present.

Consumers should stop using the DE2207 ceiling lamp immediately and return the lamp to the place of purchase.
