Crescent Point Energy Corp announces filing of 2009 year end audited annual
financials and MD&A

CALGARY, March 23 /CNW/ - Crescent Point Energy Corp. ("Crescent Point" or the "Company") today announces the filing of its audited annual financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended December 31, 2009 on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR").

The Company intends to file its Annual Report and Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2009 on or about March 31, 2010.
