Creststreet announces new manangement appointments

TORONTO , Feb. 2 /CNW/ - Creststreet Asset Management Limited ("Creststreet") is pleased to announce that Michael D. Clare, CA, CFA has been appointed Vice President, Investments. Mr. Clare has held roles of increasing responsibility in investment analysis since joining Creststreet in 2008. Mr. Clare joined Creststreet from Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Clare holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen's University and has earned the Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. Mr. Clare will co-manage Creststreet's investment funds along with Robert J. Toole, Creststreet's Managing Director and Founder. Mr. Toole has over 20 years energy and alternative energy investment management experience.

Creststreet is also pleased to announce that Sheryl J. Chiddenton has been appointed Vice President, Compliance and Investment Services. Ms. Chiddenton has held roles of increasing responsibility in the compliance and investment services area of Creststreet since 2001.

Finally, Stephen R. Martin, the former Vice President of Investments at Creststreet, has left the firm to pursue other opportunities. Creststreet would like to wish Mr. Martin success in his future endevours.
