Mr. Poirier has been appointed by the Cricket Media board of directors and will stand for re-election at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Poirier is Managing Director, Diversified Industries, and co-founder of Cormark Securities, a leading mid-market Canadian investment dealer. He has worked in the securities industry for more than 20 years. Most recently, his experience has been primarily related to equity underwriting and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on media. Roger also has been an advocate for educational causes and sits as the Chair of the TFS Foundation, the foundation for the largest independent school in Canada. He also sits on a number of private company boards and received his CFA designation in 1999.
