Crius Energy Trust Announces ISS and Glass Lewis Recommend Voting "FOR" Crius' 2018 Annual & Special Meeting Resolutions
TORONTO, May 22, 2018 /CNW/ - Crius Energy Trust ("Crius" the "Company" or the "Trust") (TSX: KWH.UN) today announced that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS") and Glass Lewis & Co. ("Glass Lewis"), two independent proxy advisory firms, have recommended that unitholders of the Trust ("Unitholders") vote FOR all items of business put before Unitholders at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of Unitholders (the "Meeting") to be held at the offices of Bennett Jones LLP at Suite 3400, One First Canadian Place, Toronto, Ontario, on May 29, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time).
ISS and Glass Lewis are independent proxy advisory firms that provide proxy voting recommendations to pension funds, investment managers, mutual funds and other institutional investors. Both ISS and Glass Lewis have reviewed the Company's Meeting materials and have recommended Unitholders vote FOR all items at the Meeting, or in advance by proxy.
Unitholders are reminded that the deadline for voting is 10:00 AM (Toronto time) on Friday, May 26, 2018.
HOW TO VOTE
Beneficial Unitholders (those who hold Units through a broker, bank, or other intermediary) should follow the instructions found on their voting instruction form, and can vote as follows:
- By Internet: Vote online at www.proxyvote.com, using the control number located on the voting instruction form (which brokers sent via mail to investors)
