CALGARY, June 3, 2016 /CNW/ - In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, Crown Capital Partners Inc. ("Crown" or the "Corporation") (TSX: CRN), which provides growth capital to successful mid-market companies, announced the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 11, 2016 in Toronto, Ontario.
A total of 7,046,411 common shares, representing 74.22% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth. The votes for the election of directors are as follows:
