Initially offered in May 2018, CST Bright Plan is professionally managed and invested in a pool of exchange-traded funds with a goal of reducing risk while maximizing returns. Assets for all CST RESPs sponsored by the Canadian Scholarship Trust Foundation rose to a combined amount of over $5.2 billion as of the fiscal year end.
