CTV Gets Into THE FIX and THE ENEMY WITHIN as Part of 2019 Midseason Lineup

TORONTO, Feb. 4, 2019 /CNW/ - CTV announced today a second wave of winter premieres, bolstering the network's midseason lineup of heavy-hitting debuts, returning favourites, and big-ticket special events. Joining the winter schedule is the new, fast-paced spy-hunting thriller THE ENEMY WITHIN (March 3); the much-anticipated 10-episode television event from executive producer Marcia Clark, THE FIX (March 18), two-hour special THANK YOU CANADA (Feb. 10), and the new six-episode eponymous comedy JANN (March 20).
Along with new seasons of returning favourites THE VOICE (Feb. 25), WORLD OF DANCE (March 3), AMERICAN IDOL (March 3), STATION 19 (March 7), and FOR THE PEOPLE (March 7), these hot new winter programs join previously announced new series WHISKEY CAVALIER and THE VILLAGE, along with CTV Originals THE LAUNCH and CARDINAL.
CTV also announced today the expansion of its original international format series THE LAUNCH, adding a bonus seventh episode to round out the series' sophomore season. From Bell Media Studios, the final episode of Season 2 unites all six launched artists and joins them as their lives completely change after they are chosen to record and release a new, original song. Episode 7 of THE LAUNCH airs Wednesday, March 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV.
Rounding out CTV's 2019 midseason lineup are the soon-to-be-announced premieres of delectable new original series MARY'S KITCHEN CRUSH and the return of ratings hit MASTERCHEF CANADA.
