TORONTO, May 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Monday nights this summer start out with laughs on CTV, as the network's new original comedy SATISFACTION joins the schedule at 8 p.m. ET/PT beginning June 24 (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times). Starring award-winning comedian Ryan Belleville (THE L.A. COMPLEX), Luke Macfarlane (BROTHERS & SISTERS), and Leah Renee (THE PLAYBOY CLUB), the half-hour, ensemble relationship comedy is all about struggling with the next step, and trying to figure out how to get satisfaction. Anchoring an all-new block of Monday night comedy on CTV, SATISFACTION is paired with a new summer season of Charlie Sheen's ANGER MANAGEMENT (8:30 p.m. ET/PT).
SATISFACTION mines the trials and tribulations of young adulthood for laughs, touching on everything from the fear of opening a joint bank account and using a scurvy diagnosis to get out of a new job, to finally making friends with a new couple who then turn out to be swingers.

"SATISFACTION is a clever and hilarious look at life through the eyes of three, 20-something friends and roommates as they take each day in stride, and try to achieve the perfect balance between adult responsibility and their carefree existence," said Phil King, President, CTV Programming and Sports. "Joining a hit lineup on Monday nights, SATISFACTION and ANGER MANAGEMENT are destined to deliver a very funny hour of summertime comedy."
SATISFACTION also features Pat Thornton (MATCH GAME), Nikki Payne (VIDEO ON TRIAL), and Mark Critch (THIS HOUR HAS 22 MINUTES). Currently shooting in Toronto, an array of guest stars are scheduled to appear throughout the season, including Gordon Pinsent (Away From Her), Jerry O'Connell (THE DEFENDERS), Tommy Chong (THAT 70s SHOW), Gabrielle Miller (CORNER GAS), stand-up comedian Andy Kindler (JUST FOR LAUGHS), and former Toronto Maple Leafs Captain Wendel Clark.
In the season premiere of SATISFACTION, "The Wind Beneath My Wingman" (Monday, June 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV), after running into a college friend who has since dropped out of school, Jason (Macfarlane) begins to question his own life path. After looking at his vision board, the only plausible thing left to achieve is to perform live music. Never having heard him sing before, Maggie (Renee) signs him up for open mic night at the bar, but then quickly regrets her decision. Meanwhile, Mark (Belleville) is stuck in a dry spell, unable to pick up a girl to save his life. With Jason off the market, Maggie suggests Mark get a new wingman - like Simon (Thornton). But Mark quickly learns that Simon knows nothing about women.
Directors this season include Jason Priestley (CALL ME FITZ), Shawn Alex Thompson (billable hours), James Dunnison (LESS THAN KIND), Steve Wright (LITTLE MOSQUE ON THE PRAIRIE), and Keith Samples (MR. D).
