Culinary celebrities sign on for CRFA Show
TORONTO, Nov. 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Chefs Brad Long and Judson Simpson - two of Canada's culinary stars - will share their knowledge at the CRFA Show, the trade show of choice for leaders in Canada's hospitality industry. The show takes place March 2, 3 and 4, 2014 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
Long, owner of Café Belong and chef-host of the TV series Restaurant Makeover, will bring his unique style to the demo stage. He was previously chef at the 360 restaurant at the CN Tower, and fed 20 million fans and athletes for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Toronto. Long is passionate about fresh ingredients and is a sustainable farming advocate.
For the last 25 years, Judson Simpson has been both a competitor and recruiter at the World Culinary Olympics. Most recently he was a judge at this prestigious competition.
Simpson received one of the culinary world's highest honours this year as Canada's first and only Certified Master Chef. He is a dedicated mentor and coach to many of the country's future chefs. His mission is to inspire other culinary professionals to succeed.
Tickets to the CRFA Show are just $40 (free for CRFA members) and can be purchased at www.crfashow.ca. Those who register before Jan. 15, 2014 will be entered in a draw to win an Elektra espresso machine valued at $1,500 from Zuccarini Imports.
