CVTECH GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES THE DEPARTURE OF MR. LEO SNIGER AS PRESIDENT OF
RIGGS DISTLER & COMPANY, INC.

DRUMMONDVILLE, QC, Oct. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - CVTech Group Inc. ("CVTech" or "the Corporation") (TSX: CVT) today announced that Mr. Leo Sniger will relinquish his duties of President of Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. ("Riggs Distler") at the beginning of 2011. Mr. Sniger and his team will establish a transition plan in preparation for the eventual nomination of his successor.
