CWF Conservation Awards Call For Nominations
OTTAWA, March 11 /CNW Telbec/ - The deadline for CWF's Conservation Achievement Awards is fast approaching. Nominations will be accepted until 11:59pm ET April 15, 2010.
The Conservation Achievement Awards are comprised of six categories which honour an individual or groups' commitment to wildlife or habitat in Canada. We look forward to a variety of nominations whether they are for volunteers, professionals, youth or conservationists; if they have made a difference for wildlife we want to hear about it!
"CWF's Award Program recognizes the excellent work for wildlife being carried out across our country," said Wade Luzny, CWF Executive Vice-President. "It's an honour knowing that so many Canadians appreciate and care about wildlife. These awards are one way to pay tribute to what so many people have made their life's work - to ensure our natural heritage remains for future generations."
You can learn about the six awards categories and download a nomination form online at www.canadianwildlifefederation.ca by clicking on Awards down the left hand column.
