Daily Bread launches Spring Drive with goal of $300,000

All week, students and families have been spending their March Break volunteering at Daily Bread Food Bank to learn more about hunger and what Daily Bread is doing to fight it. On Friday afternoon kids will be sorting and packing food donations with their parents at Daily Bread's warehouse. | |
Running until April 13, Daily Bread hopes to raise $300,000 and 300,000 pounds of food during this Spring Drive. The food and money donated during the drive means that Daily Bread can continue providing food for the next few months to people struggling with hunger in Toronto. | |
