DANIEL GOODMAN ACQUIRES CONTROL OVER ADDITIONAL SHARES OF COGITORE RESOURCES
INC. THROUGH JODAMADA FOUNDATION

TORONTO, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - Daniel Goodman ("Mr. Goodman") announced today that he has acquired control over an additional 2,176,000 common shares of Cogitore Resources Inc. ("Cogitore").

As a result of this acquisition of control, Mr. Goodman now exercises control over an aggregate of 11,603,324 common shares, representing 19% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Cogitore.

The common shares of Cogitore were donated to Jodamada Foundation and deposited into an account over which Mr. Goodman exercises control, on December 2, 2010. Depending upon market and other conditions, Mr. Goodman and the beneficial owner of such common shares of Cogitore may, from time to time in the future, directly or through accounts managed by GFI, acquire further, or dispose of, common shares or other securities of Cogitore through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise.

Cogitore is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "WOO".
