MONTREAL, June 19, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Danièle Bergeron, President at Mobilia, and Alain Masse, Executive Vice President, Operations at NAPA Auto Parts, were appointed to the IRCM Foundation's Board of Directors during the Board meeting held yesterday.

Danièle Bergeron holds a Master's in business administration and the title of Administratrice de société certifiée (certified corporate director). Throughout her career, she has acquired strong management experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors. She held the position of Executive Vice President, Retail Division at Ogilvy, then joined Jacob Boutiques as Vice President, Product. She has been President of the home furnishings company Mobilia since 2011.
Alain Masse has a degree in business administration from HEC Montréal. Before his current position, he was Executive Vice President of the Heavy Vehicle Parts Division. NAPA Auto Parts is a subsidiary of UAP Inc., the Canadian leader in the distribution, merchandising and remanufacturing of automotive parts and replacement accessories for cars, truck and heavy vehicles. Previously, Mr. Masse held the position of President and General Manager of Cantrex.
