Darford International Inc. announces changes to the Board

VERNON, BC, Aug. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - Darford International Inc. ("Darford"), announces that David Wood, Gary Pearson, and Allen Szeliga, who has agreed to continue as Chief Financial Officer in the interim, have resigned their positions as directors of Darford. "I want to thank David, Gary and Allen for their contributions to Darford and wish them well in their future endeavors," said Darcy Bomford, Chief Executive Officer of Darford. Following the resignation, the board consists of Darcy Bomford and John Phelps.
