Test results this afternoon show normal background levels of tritium

TORONTO , Dec. 22 /CNW/ - Water sampling at local water treatment facilities, as of 2:00 pm , indicated tritium continued to be at normal levels following an inadvertent release of water containing some tritium and hydrazine at the Darlington Nuclear Station yesterday.

Regular testing at local water treatment facilities will continue until further notice and OPG will continue to post results at OPG.com.
