QUÉBEC, Jan. 17, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Innovente Inc. (TSXV: IGE) ("Innoventé" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Denis Richard on its Board of Directors. President of La Coop fédérée since 1993, Mr. Richard brings to Innoventé a solid expertise in the agriculture and agri-food fields with which the Corporation's activities are intimately connected.
Mr. Richard is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Olymel L.P. and Vice President of the new pan-Canadian organization Coopératives et Mutualités Canada. Previously, he has been President of the Canadian and Québec councils for cooperation and mutuality. He is an agricultural producer since 1979 and operates a business in Leclercville (Québec) dedicated exclusively to grain farming and with 400 hectares of land.
