Mr. Pratt joins dentalcorp as a proven leader with extensive experience in operations for high growth businesses. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in retail leadership, strategic growth planning as well as brand & digital marketing.

Mr. Pratt's career started with Future Shop over 25 years ago where he quickly rose through the ranks. He played a critical role in Best Buy's acquisition of the company, eventually being named President & Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure he pioneered one of the retail sectors most successful e-commerce and online strategies.

Most recently, Mr. Pratt was Chief Executive Officer of a large retail organization based in the United States where he is credited with changing the top line growth trajectory of the company by introducing significant changes to improve the entire company's operating structure and marketing strategy.
