Deploy files U.S. and Canadian Trademark Applications

VANCOUVER, June 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Deploy Technologies Inc., (CNSX:  DEP) (PINKSHEETS: DPLY) announced today that the Company has filed trademark applications with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

The Company has filed a trademark applications for the trademark "DEPLOY" with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office relative to the products that the company is currently selling.

The Company has also filed a trademark application for the proposed use of the trademark "DEPLOY" with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.  Once the company has sold product to U.S. customers, the Company will be required to file a 'declaration of use' in order to finalize the trademark registration in the U.S.

"We have been reinvesting our cash into more valuable assets including intellectual property and inventory which will directly result in additional cash assets through sales of our fleet data terminals."
