Desjardins calls on its employees and the general public to show their solidarity
LÉVIS, QC, July 8, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Desjardins Group is calling on its employees and the general public to donate to the Red Cross Quebec Division. You can now make a donation at any Desjardins caisse in Quebec and Ontario—simply mention "2013 Lac-Mégantic disaster".
As of tomorrow, Quebec caisse members will also be able to make a quick, simple and secure donation via AccèsD.
The Canadian Red Cross will automatically issue tax receipts for all donations of $20 or over. Tax receipts for donations of less than $20 will be issued only if requested by the donors.
Desjardins officers and employees would like to express their deepest sympathy and offer their support to the families who have been affected by this tragedy.
