Desjardins Launches an Emerging Markets Multifactor-Controlled Volatility Exchange Traded Fund Français
MONTREAL, Dec.1, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Desjardins Global Asset Management Inc. (DGAM), acting as manager and portfolio advisor, announces the launch of a new exchange traded fund to complement the existing multifactor-controlled volatility suite of Desjardins ETFs. The Desjardins Emerging Markets Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF has closed the initial offering of units, and those units will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) today.

1The annual management fee is based on a percentage of the net asset value of the Desjardins Emerging Markets Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF, and is calculated daily and payable monthly in arrears, plus applicable taxes.
Desjardins Emerging Markets Multifactor-Controlled Volatility ETF (TickerTSX: DFE) seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of an emerging markets multifactor-controlled volatility equity index. Currently, the fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Scientific Beta Emerging Markets Multifactor–Controlled Volatility Index, net of fees and expenses. Under normal market conditions, the fund will primarily invest in emerging markets securities.
