Desjardins Selects IBM Canada for its Centralized IT Infrastructure

LÉVIS, QC, May 5 /CNW Telbec/ - Following its reorganization, which led to a complete review of its IT services needs, Desjardins Group, the leading cooperative financial group in Canada, announced today that it has selected IBM Canada for its centralized IT infrastructure operations and hosting.
The selection of IBM Canada brings to a close the targeted call for proposals that was opened in December 2009. Over the next few weeks, the two parties will settle upon the terms and conditions of a service agreement and shortly thereafter begin planning the transition.
