Development agreement for the Griffintown II project - Devimco satisfied, but
other steps remain to be taken before work can begin

MONTREAL, April 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Serge Goulet, President of Devimco, says he is satisfied with the City of Montréal Executive Committee's approval of the development agreement between the City and his company for Phase I of the Griffintown II project.

"We have just taken an important step, but other essential bridges remain to be crossed before work begins at the site," Mr. Goulet says.

Devimco and its President will make no other comment until the briefing book has been completed.
