TORONTO, May 15, 2015 /CNW/ - DH Corporation (TSX: DH) (the "Company" or "D+H") announced that the eight nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as Directors of the Company at the annual general shareholder meeting held in Toronto, Ontario on May 14, 2015.
