D+H Announces EVP and CFO Appointment

TORONTO, July 10, 2014 /CNW/ - DH Corporation (TSX: DH) ("D+H" or "Company") today announced that Karen Weaver will be joining D+H as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on September 2. Ms. Weaver will be replacing Brian Kyle, whose resignation was previously announced.

Ms. Weaver and Mr. Kyle will work together to ensure a smooth transition.

Ms. Weaver, born in the United States, has more than 30 years of experience gained from financial roles with U.S. and Canadian public companies. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at First Capital Realty. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Brookfield Properties, Canadian Operations and Gentra Inc.
