TORONTO, July 29, 2014 /CNW/ - DH Corporation (TSX: DH) ("D+H" or "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share payable on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2014. The dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
