High-octane series for boys and girls celebrating fun, adventure and friendship co-commissioned by DHX Television's Family Jr. and Alpha Groups' Jiajia channel
Global Master Toy Partner, Alpha Group, and DHX Brands to collaborate on global brand management
HALIFAX, Oct. 2, 2018 /CNW/ - DHX Media (or the "Company") (TSX: DHX, NASDAQ: DHXM), a global children's content and brands company, and Alpha Group, one of the world's largest developers of animation and toys, are pleased to announce a co-investment in the brand new animated preschool series Rev & Roll. DHX Television's Family Jr., in Canada, and Alpha Group's Jiajia channel, in China, have co-commissioned the new CGI-animated series, which is expected to begin delivering in fall 2018. DHX Media and Alpha Group will be presenting the new series at MIP Junior and MIPCOM this October.

DHX Brands, the dedicated brand management and consumer products arm of DHX Media, and Alpha Group will collaborate on global brand management. Alpha Group will be handling distribution for Rev & Roll in China, Asia, MENA and Russia, and DHX Media will be handling distribution in the rest of the world. Alpha will develop and distribute toys globally for the brand as the Master Toy Partner.
