Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Reports Issuance of Deferred Share Units
NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, ON, Aug. 29, 2017 /CNW/ - Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. ("Diamond Estates" or "the Company") (DWS-TSX Venture) today announced that it has issued deferred share units ("DSUs") to its directors.
Under the amended DSU plan, approved by shareholders on September 27, 2016, the Company has issued an aggregate of 438,356 deferred share units ("DSUs") to non-executive directors under the Company's deferred share unit plan (the "DSU Plan") in settlement of $128,000 of deferred directors' compensation. The DSUs are to be settled in common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") when the director retires from all positions with the Company.
