TERREBONNE, QC, June 12, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - ADF GROUP INC. ("ADF" or the "Corporation") (TSX: DRX) has announced its director election results following it annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2014.
Each of the nominees proposed as director in the management proxy circular dated April 14, 2014 was elected as director of ADF Group Inc. by a majority of the shareholders entitled to vote on a vote by show of hands. In total, 8,582,114 Subordinate Voting Shares (approximately 47% of the class) and 14,343,105 Multiple Voting Shares (approximately 100% of the class) were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, representing approximately 94% of the voting rights attached to the shares issued and outstanding as the record date of April 14, 2014. The proxies given to management as well as to appointees present at the meeting for the election of directors were voted as follows:
