OTTAWA, April 27, 2017 /CNW/ - Hydro Ottawa customers who own in-ground pools can now save $400 on a more energy-efficient pump with the Save on Energy Poolsaver program.
By switching from a constant-speed pool pump to a variable-speed pump purchased and installed from a participating vendor, eligible pool owners can receive a $400 instant rebate and take advantage of the many benefits of the upgrade, including quieter operation, longer lifespan, and electricity savings.
The Poolsaver program is funded by the Independent Electricity System Operator and offered by Hydro Ottawa and Renfrew Hydro.
