Diversified Alpha II Corp. Directors Relinquish Officers' Titles

TORONTO, Feb. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Diversified Alpha II Corp. (the "Company") announces that Mr. Abali Hoilett and Mr. Jason Marks have resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.    Messrs. Hoilett and Marks were appointed as officers of the Company to facilitate the filing of the Company's non-offering prospectus under Canadian securities laws, but the Company is not required to have officers under Cayman law where the Company is incorporated.   Messrs. Hoilett and Marks together with Ms. Alison Martinson continue as directors of the Company.
