Diversified Private Equity Corp. Announces Redemption Price for Class A Shares

TORONTO, March 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Diversified Private Equity Corp. announced today that the redemption price for all outstanding Class A Shares (the "Shares") to be paid on March 15, 2012 is as follows:

Redemption Price per Share = $4.5005

The Shares are listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol PEQ. Shares will be de-listed from The Toronto Stock Exchange as at the close of trading on March 15, 2012.
