Diversified Private Equity Corp. provides summary of operations

TORONTO, June 30 /CNW/ - Diversified Private Equity Corp. (the "Company") provides the following summary of operations for the quarter ended June 15, 2010. The Company provides holders of the Company's shares with tax efficient exposure to the total return of a portfolio of securities consisting of nine firms specializing in private equity investments that are publicly traded in North America and ten firms specializing in private equity investments that are publicly traded in Europe.

At June 15, 2010, the net asset value per share was $4.30 as compared to $4.52 at March 15, 2010, representing a decrease of 5%. The net asset value per share as at June 29, 2010 was $3.97.

The Company's shares are listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol PEQ.
