) One S.à r.l., Stéphane Gonthier and certain permitted assignees of 4411145

Inc., 9086-6666 Québec Inc. (collectively, the "Selling Shareholders"), an additional 2,571,428 common shares of the Corporation at a price of
$17.50
per share, pursuant to the exercise of an over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with the previously announced offering of common shares of the Corporation which was closed on
October 16, 2009
. The Corporation will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these additional common shares.
The over-allotment was made through a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (

), Inc., and includes Scotia Capital Inc., Barclays Capital
