MONTREAL, Feb. 22, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Domtar Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors has approved its fourth quarterly dividend for the 2011 fiscal year on its common stock (NYSE: UFS) (TSX: UFS) and on Domtar (Canada) Paper Inc. (TSX: UFX) exchangeable shares. The dividend of US$0.35 per share is payable on April 16, 2012 to stockholders of record on March 15, 2012.
