Don Michael Investments Completes Internal Reorganization

TORONTO, Oct. 26, 2018 /CNW/ - Don Michael Investments Inc. ("DMI"), an entity indirectly controlled by Don Green and Michael Budman and certain of their family members, announced today that it completed an internal reorganization pursuant to which Don Green and Michael Budman acquired all of the common shares (the "Shares") of Roots Corporation ("Roots") held by DMI. The Shares held by DMI prior to the sale were held on behalf of Don Green, Michael Budman and certain of their family members. Pursuant to its internal reorganization, DMI sold 5,034,872 Shares (representing approximately 11.95% of the issued and outstanding Shares) to Don Green and Michael Budman at a price of $5.42 per Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $27,289,006.24.
