Dr. Steven Small Resigns from CGC Board of Directors

SMITHS FALLS, ON, Jan. 19, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Canopy Growth Corporation (CGC or the Company) (TSXV: CGC) today announced that it has reluctantly accepted Dr. Steven Small's resignation from its Board of Directors citing time constraints. Dr. Small will continue as an ad hoc advisor to the Company's CEO and Chairman, Mr. Bruce Linton.
