VANCOUVER, Oct. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Canadian Mining Company Inc. (TSX.V: CNG; the "Company") is very pleased to announce that drilling is underway at the Company's Sun Group Zeolite Project near Princeton, BC. The objective of the drill program is to provide Canadian Mining with a qualified 43-101 resource report. Having a compliant 43-101 Resource Report will not only establish the size and grade of the zeolite deposit but will allow the Company to certify its zeolite for use by Municipalities, organic growers, vineyards, composting, animal waste treatment and radioactive containment both nationally and internationally.
Drill locations and site preparation was conducted over the past several weeks under the direction of the Company's qualified person, Mr. John Beck, Mining Engineer. Hardrock Drilling of Princeton, BC will commence drilling operations on Tuesday, October 16, 2012.
Following the "chain of custody" standard, the zeolite core will be logged, split, photographed, labeled and forwarded to Maxxam Analytical, Burnaby BC, for whole-rock analysis (WRA) and cation exchange capacity (CEC). Founded over 40 years ago, Maxxam has developed into Canada's leader in analytical services.
Mr. Ray Paquette, CEO states "this is a very important and exciting phase for Canadian Mining in moving its Sun Group Zeolite Project forward." The Company continues to receive National and International inquiries on the availability of its Clinoptilolite Zeolite, which is in demand worldwide.
