("dynaCERT") effective December 18, 2012 subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Company will continue to trade under the ticker symbol "DYA" on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The re-branding is meant to more accurately reflect the Company's vision and expanding product offerings. dynaCERT will remain focused on the development, manufacture and sale of hydrogen systems that improve the emission profile and fuel economy of large displacement diesel engines in the transportation sector. "As we expand our marketing and sales initiatives for our HydraGen™ system, moving ahead with the dynaCERT name ensures our corporate brand and marketing efforts are aligned as we broaden our base of customers and increase awareness with industry and investors."
dynaCERT has accepted the resignation of Valdis Martinsons from its Board of Directors for personal reasons. Mr. Martinsons has agreed to continue in a technical advisory role at the discretion of the Company.
