Eagle Credit Card Trust requests Moody's rating withdrawal
TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Eagle Credit Card Trust ("Eagle") indicated today that, on September 3, 2014, it had requested that Moody's Investor Services Inc. ("Moody's") withdraw their ratings on all classes of the Series 2010-2 and Series 2013-1 Notes.
Moody's has not yet provided a response to the ratings withdrawal request.
Currently, the Series 2010-2 and Series 2013-1 Notes have the following ratings from DBRS Limited ("DBRS"), Fitch, Inc. ("Fitch") and Moody's:
- Series 2010-2 and Series 2013-1 Class A Notes are rated 'AAA (sf)' / 'AAAsf' / Aaa (sf)' by DBRS / Fitch / Moody's, respectively
- Series 2010-2 and Series 2013-1 Class B Notes are rated 'A (sf)'/ 'Asf' / 'A2 (sf)' by DBRS / Fitch / Moody's, respectively
- Series 2010-2 and Series 2013-1 Class C Notes are rated 'BBB (sf)' / 'BBBsf' / 'Baa2 (sf)' by DBRS / Fitch / Moody's, respectively.
