HALIFAX, April 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Eastlink and Samsung Canada are pleased to announce that the Samsung GALAXY S4 is available to pre-order today on eastlink.ca.  Customers who pre-order the Galaxy S4 will be the first to receive their device, starting on April 27. The Galaxy S4 will be available in-store on May 3 at Eastlink wireless retail locations in Nova Scotia and PEI.

• 'Dual Video Call':  allows users to make and receive a video call with friends and family while showing what you are look at during the call.
